Pets are allowed under the following conditions:

1 DOG UP TO 45 lbs. or
UP TO 2 CATS ALLOWED

PLEASE NOTE

The following dog breeds are not permitted:

Akita • Alaskan • American Bulldogs • Chow • Doberman Pinscher • German Shepherd • Malamute • Mastiff • Pit Bull • Presa Canario • Rottweiler • Shar Pei • Siberian Husky • Stafford Terrier • Wolf Hybrid or any variation or mix thereof.

Under no circumstance will aggressive pets be allowed.

A photo of each pet must be provided to the landlord and landlord reserves the right to deny any pet on a pet-by-pet basis following a mandatory pet interview.

Proof of rabies vaccination required.
